This is a hard one to describe, as it never happens the same way for everyone in my game. Nor is there a very clear pattern. Noticed an issue where previously created settings for players to see other player's card hands randomly shifts when a new player joins a game. Whereas, at the start, as the GM I can see the cards in my hand and the cards in the other player's hand by clicking the card picture above their name. If a player joins I suddenly cannot see their hand or the hand of others, but they can see exactly as was set. Or sometimes I would only be able to look at my hand and maybe one of the other's hands out of the group. All players could still see their own hands no matter what. When I log off and then re-join it does the same to them. They can see their hand, but not mine. A third player that joined (But did not leave and rejoin) seemed to not have the issue, yet two of us did. Tried multiple browsers and did it many times to try and find a pattern. The only clear pattern I found was that it occurred when a player left and then joined. Or even joined, as the affected player(s) could not even see the newly joined player's hand. Newly joined player could see all hands (As set). Two 54 card decks were in play. Set to deal cards to all players (So it automatically placed cards into their hands when they joined.) Also tested it with individual dealing, but there was no change in result. Problem occurred with both custom deck with playing deck as well as in a different campaign using only a playing card deck (Where no custom deck was made). Setting was that other player's hands were visible (Face down) to players. Visible (Face up) to GM. Card function was not hampered. Dealing worked and a player could (At least) see and manipulate their own hands regardless of others. However, if GM caught the glitch he could not. Browsers used were Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Comodo Dragon.
