Whole map revealed for player(s)

Consistently, one of my players randomly sees the entire map in Roll20. We're playing DotMM using the roll20 modules. Recently, all players in the game had the same thing happen. All were playing in different browsers, using Chrome and Edge with JavaScript enabled, which I had read in a separate forum as a possible solution. What's going on? This sort of breaks the game a little and I would love to get it resolved before we explore new levels in the dungeon. Thanks!
This same thing is happening with my group tonight. Normally happened to one player but tonight everyone can see the entire map. (And I, the DM, have also lost all dynamic lighting shading over the areas they have not explored yet.) In addition, the players are able to resize their tokens, which I don't believe they were able to do previously nor should they be able to do. Players primarily using Chrome and Firefox (On floor 5 of Mad Mage)
Craig I saw one of my players resize his token also, which I hadn't seen before or made the connection until I read what you wrote also. Weird. I was having a strange lighting issue with one of my players tokens also, which was creating shading when it shouldn't have. It was a rough night last night with all of the errors.

Are you able to make a dummy account and enter your game as a player to see what other actions you can take that would otherwise be prohibited for a non-GM player? Things like reading handouts that aren't shared yet, or macros that aren't visible to players. It almost sounds like they somehow are being identified as GM.
I was able to confirm the player's abilities to resize their tokens. I logged into my test player account, and I was able to resize the tokens I could control as a player by mouse hovering and clicking on the token border.

Well, I was able to reproduce this issue once I turned turning Dynamic Lighting on, so it seems to definitely be tied to that. Edit: After messing around, it seems to strictly be whether DL is On or Off and not tied to any other DL settings. Furthermore, you can hold down click on the token as a player and see that the dimension adjustments are fully visible.

Thanks Jordan. I was unable to duplicate this. I can confirm now. This should be escalated. I'll see what I can do, but this doesn't address the issue this thread was created for. Rob, you should get the specs of your player who can see the map: browser, extensions, console log that occurs during the issue and so forth. If they are using Edge, they should try a supported browser.
I had problems with players resizing their tokens and problems with player seeing and not seeing parts of the map last night. For some reason they could see where a monster token was. (I was using dynamic lighting) Also when we went to another page they was in daylight mode people still could not see where their tokens were. I was having lighting issues all last night.
Thanks Keith, I've asked all my players for the info - I believe the majority of them were using Chrome but one was using Edge. All were experiencing the full map viewing - which is why I don't believe its an issue with the browsers. Forgive my ignorance, but can you clarify what you mean by extensions and console log?
All of my players have dynamic lighting enabled, and all were able to resize tokens. Have not yet tried to see if they can read handouts, but I will.
In my wednesday game (23-12-2020) one of my players also accidently resized his token, but that was on a map where i had disabled legacy dynamic lightning and was using FOW.

No worries. Here are the standard troubleshooting tips, Step 4 has info on how to capture a console log. By extension, I mean browser extensions, like adblock. Some are even written with Roll20 in mind and any might effect the Roll20 experience. Quickest way to eliminate those is to test in a Private Browsing Window. The Step 2 link will help with that. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

They thought I was doing it (the GM), I thought I wasn't. The page had LDL the legacy Dynamic Lighting turned on.

I'm part of this group, and this is my console log ... I think. I did all the other steps and I still see the entire map after restarting everything.
To be clear, Geoff is part of my group (the OP).
