Server showing a small square and unable to zoom in or out of map (no map displayed)

A lot of my users are having this issue on 7587720/ruthgars-rebels-tier-2 Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Edge OS: Windows and Mac No extensions or add ons. All extensions and adblocks disabled, multiple players having issues since yesterday 12/22/2020. Some users are reporting the map is being loaded but they are unable to scroll. As the GM, I can load into the game but I have no map assets loaded. I can change maps and still nothing. Randomly refreshing the browser will show a gray screen (like there is no map). I am currently experiencing a similar issue with only one of my Roll20 games. It has the Storm King's Thunder module loaded. I have tested on Chrome and Firefox both in and out of incognito mode with the same results.

Is that GM view taken while using UDL? I noticed something like that when doing a quick test yesterday on Chromebook. I didn't bother exploring much further because it was late, and well, a Chromebook.

There is no UDL. We did a rollback to 3 days ago when we knew the game was working and there is still no luck. Something is wrong and we're not sure what. That is strange. I would suggest a&nbsp; Help Center Request . Unfortunately, right over the Holiday weekend is likely going to be a delay. Do other games work? Can you access your Art Library? Does a copy of the game show the same issues? You say GM mode—the players see the same thing, or they see it normally? Have you tried using a Private Browsing Page to view the game? Made a copy of the game, same issues. Other games work fine. Access to Art Library without issues (same assets on other games as well) GM and players see the same thing right now, a white box. Tried entirely new browsers just to test. Seems like a Roll20 issue since this same game was working fine a few days ago and no major sheets have been changed/made.

It doesn't seem to be universal, so hopefully it's something specific to particular games. I have flagged the dev team that something seems to be going on.

I’ve encountered this as well, as have many other DMs I work with on roll20. I’ve seen this across different browsers (chrome, firefox); without any extensions installed.

I have also checked on Edge, Chrome, Firefox, with and without extensions installed. Sometimes the map layer will show up with a white box and nothing else, sometimes each change page toolbar will keep the same image as the first.

I'm having the same exact issue, down to a copy of the game not working. It's not working for anyone else who joins either. I remade the game hoping to resolve it and the same issue popped up again after rejoining.

I'm having the same issue. I was running a game just fine until neither me or my players could see any images, it doesn't load stuff properly.

Same issue here in nearly all my games. I think I have narrowed it down to just scenes that used Dynamic Lighting (I'm still using the Legacy stuff). Can't scroll, some assets load some of the time, any tokens that do load I can't interact with. I can create a new scene with no problem it's just the ones I created prior to 22/12/20

2020-12-22 is also when our games started messing up but only on this one server. The rest of my servers work (and some use the same assets). Doing the rollback to 2020-12-19 hasn't fixed it either so it's something dealing with assets access?

Seems like my table and several other DMs i'm working with are no longer experiencing this issue.

Try refreshing your cache or using a different browser or some other method that ensures you are not working with cached code. I believe the issue is or has been addressed.

Can confirm, the issue has been resolved. No idea what the problem is but glad it's working again.
