Christmas gift - Slithering module - no e-mail, no Paizo pdf

First - Merry Christmas - and I understand if answers take a little bit longer. I placed the Slithering on my wish list and got it gifted for Christmas. But I didn't get any message that I actually got the module. To me this is less of a problem - after all - it seemed to be there in roll20. What concerns me more - I didn't get the pdf from Paizo. Account it linked with Paizo Previous purchases did send a message to me and also made the pdf available in my Paizo account. Whom do I contact for the pdf? The person who gifted it? Roll20 support? Paizo support? Or am I out of luck as I didn't buy it myself but got it gifted? To me it is an integral part and I double checked and couldn't find anywhere that no pdf is included if you get a module gifted on roll20 instead of buying it yourself which would completely invalidate the wishlist function in my view. Thanks Jens aka DrThod

I would recommend reaching out to the Roll20 team through their help center request form. https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new This helps them create a ticket for your problem but be warned that as it is the holidays, their response might be slow. Make sure you include a link to this thread in your request so they can refer to your post also.

Just to be sure, does the purchased content indicate that it comes with a pdf? I know 5e content never comes with a digital PDF copy of the books, just the Roll20 compendium and assets.

Yes - Paizo Pathfinder Modules come with the PDF. There are two options: a) you buy the Paizo pdf first - this gives you 80% off the price of the PDF in reduction of your price here b) you buy it here on roll20 and pay full price but and get the PDF on Paizo You need to have your account linked with Paizo (which I have) and I tried both a) and b) before. This thread can be closed. Solution: There is a button in 'my account' (pretty far at the bottom) to 'Redeem Paizo Rewards' Using the button seems to re-sync the content here and at Paizo and the PDF did appear in my account. Jens

I was just about to do this when I tried to gather a few more bits of information for the ticket and when I spotted the button 'Redeem Paizo Reward'. I'm not aware I had to do this with my own purchases - but good to know it is there. Jens
