Esper Genesis Char Sheet and OGL Companion Issues

Wondering if anyone has run into problems with the companion OGL and character sheets based off the OGL 5e sheet. I'm running a new esper genesis campaign and am setting up character sheets. I started the game with esper genesis char sheet from the drop down and the 5e compendium which was meant for the sheet(I believe the author is working on an esper compendium, but it wasnt available at the time). I also added the OGL companion API for its tracking features. However, at first none of these features seemed to work. I'm used to API crashes and slowdowns at times in my other non 5e games, but no crash notification nor delayed output occurred even though the roll seemed to function and output as expected. I wrongly assumed it was the API(I originally posted this issue in the api forum), but was assured of the track record of the companion being sound by this wonderful forum, and so shifted focus to the char sheet. Another reason I doubted it was the API, was that I changed the game's character sheet to the 5e by Roll 20 sheet and all features worked as expected with either the esper genesis and 5e compendium being activated. Interestingly to me, I am able to make some of the features (ammo tracking and spell tracking) work as expected if while the 5e roll 20 character sheet is active I roll the desired roll the companion tracks, and then if I change the sheet back to esper genesis, the tracking continues to work. However, I haven't successfully been able to apply this work around to death saves and the work around has to be done on individual character sheets one at a time. Other than this work around, these are things I've checked/troubleshooted: I've made sure that the ammo tracking is on in the character sheet settings, and I've made sure via !5estatus that all the features are on, I've had identical results on chrome(primary use) firefox and edge, I've cleared cookies, turned off all other api's, and tried looking through the forum for similar issues.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The 5th Edition OGL by Roll20 Companion API is designed to be used with the D&D 5E by Roll20 -character sheet, so using it with any other sheet, even if based on a 5e-related game system, doesn't guarantee it would work, as each sheet are designed differently, and might use other attribute names or structure to how the sheet info is saved. I have no Idea how the Esper Sheet is made, or if it is even claiming to be compatible with the 5E Companion script, so you should check up on if anyone is even claiming that the Esper sheet should work with the companion script. What browser you're using have no impact on whether specific APIs work in Roll20 for you or not. Doublecheck with the sheet author if the sheet should be compatible with the Companion script, and find it isn't, you could ask them if they can do something about it.
Thanks ᐰndreas J. for the reply. It is a sheet based off of the 5e ogl sheet, and similar to the D&D 5e by roll 20 sheet it has the ammo tracking setting in the sheet options and state the 5e companion script is needed for the tracking to work and links to the companion in the sheet itself as the 5e sheet does as well, so I assumed. I didn't think the browser had an effect, but was given the suggestion by the forum so added it to my troubleshooting list for safe measure. Currently checking with the author of the sheet, but wanted to throw the query out to the forum in case anyone had any similar issues, since I've had alot of success with help from the forum in the past! Thanks again for the suggestions.
Following. Wondering if there are any news regarding the compendium etc. I bought the basic adv. (eos keldor) and was somewhat surprised to discover that the compendium doesn't work. was hoping for the Esper one at best, and the basic 5e at worst, but none seems to work. :-/
I'm fairly certain Roll20 was working on it until very recently (today?) and nothing was entered just yet other than the section headings. The compendium should be populated now if you have the corresponding purchases from the marketplace.
I did figure out that the OGL companion should work with the esper genesis character sheet, it is virtually the same sheet as 5e even in name for all of the attributes that the companion tracks. I was also able to somewhat get it to work, but kept running into trouble whenever i saw "licensedsheet" when checking rollable char sheet items in my chat output. for example when rolling a death save I get this @{Krot Toka|wtype}&{template:simple} {{rname=^{death-save-u}}} {{mod=@{Krot Toka|death_save_bonus}}} {{r1=[[@{Krot Toka|d20}+@{Krot Toka|death_save_bonus}[MOD]@{Krot Toka|globalsavingthrowbonus}]]}} {{normal=1}} {{global=@{Krot Toka|global_save_mod}}} @{Krot Toka|charname_output} {{licensedsheet=@{Krot Toka|licensedsheet}}}  and nothing registers with the OGL companion, the character sheet itself works as expected. When I remove everything after "...output}" I am able to produce the desired results from OGL companion, now that the esper genesis sheet is "by roll 20" I wasn't sure if this was an intentional licensing reason or if it was just leftover code from a previous version of the 5e OGL sheet.
I just bought the Esper Genesis Compendium and am using the Esper genesis character sheet and noticed issues with powers not going into their correct level when dragged from the compendium
