New strange visual glitches when using Explorer Mode with UDL

Starting last Wednesday (the 23rd), I've experienced strange visual glitches with Explorer mode. From the GM side, even areas that the PCs can see have a "washed-out" appearance (the one that normally indicates an area the players can't see but is fully lit), and there are strange artifacts on the screen. In one game (which I unfortunately don't have screenshots of) random streaks past the sightwalls were revealed to the players. In another game (see screenshots) strange cones of green (the nightvision color I was using) and black appeared on characters seemingly at random. In both instances, turning off Explorer Mode seems to have resolved the issue so it seems to be the root of the problem. (GM view, Khelgar is a DMPC controlled by all players) (Player view, both Aspexia and Khelgar have darkvision, the entire area is under dim light.)
What is this
Anyone know why this black box is blocking my chat
Similar problem here, I put in a tech support inquiry and did some amateurish rooting around in the Developer's tools 2app.js?1609181531:589 WebGL: INVALID_OPERATION: bindBuffer: attempt to use a deleted object  ^ is what fires when the glitch happens.  I'm working without Explorer mode but would like it back. This glitch only seems to have arrived after the latest Dynamic Lighting update.
I am having a devil of a time with explorer mode.  Sometimes it works great, but others, when a token moves, it's like all the token emits light goes away.  Turning explorer mode off seems to fix the problem, but the fog of war, to use the old term, is kind of important.  I can't seem to get the old lighting back.  Guess I will use it hobbled without explorer mode until it's fixed.  Bummer.
