Remember that the default token saved to a sheet is the snapshot of how the token was set up at the time it was saved as the default. That snapshot does not change with any additions/subtractions in the rollable table. You could totally delete the rollable table and it wouldn't affect the default token. If you add new images to a rollable table for a token, you need to create a new token, adjust settings as needed, and save it as the new default.
