[LFG] [DnD5e] [18+] [Free] 2 Experienced Adventurers LFG, Est but may be flexible

Happy new year! A friend and I are looking for a new group to join as PC's. Preferably looking for a campaign to start lower level and work our way to the fabled high level. Can start pretty fast depending on the DM! Let us know please and we can pitch our character ideas
Hi AdeptN7, I am looking for players, I am a new DM. I have two players already, but I am looking for 2-4 more. Would Wednesdays from 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM work for you? We originally scheduled a game to start at 8 PM on January 6th and last until around 9:30 PM. Thanks, Charles
Hi Charles, I do have interest in the group if its a dedicated campaign and will go towards higher levels.
Hi AdeptN7, I am currently planning for levels 1-5. The game could go on longer than this and reach higher levels, I just don't have EVERYTHING planned for those levels yet. I have a rough idea of a possible story line, but I'd prefer to try to get past the lower levels first. Does this work for you? Do you want more information?
Hi AdeptN7, I last posted 20 minutes ago, can I get a reply from you?
If its not too much work for you, it would be nice to have a bit more info. I am more focused towards the later levels though as I've been playing for a number of years and the early levels to me are kind of the tutorial in games, if that makes sense
I'll try to provide more information. Your point about the levels does make sense. However, sometimes people play new classes or the group has to learn how to play together. (There's also new players to consider sometimes.) Here's a little something I put together to describe the campaign/style of play: I would imagine this adventure is more of an exploration and hack and slash D&D game, not many opportunities for role play. I could try to fit in a little more role play, but I would make the assumption I'd be a better exploration/combat DM than a role play DM. Sometimes hard to come up with those spontaneous answers to character questions. (Well, I really don't know yet, I guess we'll see.) Lots of exploring to do in the dungeon, and a lot of fighting. Some pretty challenging encounters in the dungeon, but things are going to start off really easy for the first session at least. I'd like to take the opportunity to point out that I'm a new DM. (I guess I already did that above, I'll point it out twice.) I can probably provide a little more information, do you want more? (I will look at the information I have provided to other players and give you the same.)
Hi AdeptN7, I'm trying to line everything up for Wednesday night if possible, I need anyone who is interested in playing to get through character creation. If you are still interested, go ahead and send me a private message, and I can at least try to get you set up in Discord. Thanks, Charles
Charles, Having DM'ed before and knowing the time investment for it, I wouldn't want to waste your time or force you to do something you aren't completely comfortable with. I do appreciate the consideration and hope you luck with your campaign! :)
Okay AdeptN7 thank you for the response. I am going to assume from your response you won't be playing with us? I wish you luck finding a group if that's the case.
hello, I saw your LFG post and I wanted to let you know that I have slots open for my paid Tuesday night game. It runs 8p-12a every Tuesday. We are starting with a dinosaur themed adventure. I am asking $10/session with the first adventure session being free. We will be holding session zero on 01/12. Friend/DM me on Discord if interested. Thorin Teague #1469
