You can probably narrow down some possibilities by creating a Dummy Account and seeing if you can load/create a campaign with that. It would at least show that it is not a hardware or connection problem and something specific to your account. The VPN seems to rule out the issue that users of the Telekom ISP have had. Assuming you were using a fresh install of Firefox, this would rule out extension conflicts, but trying a Private Browsing window would help verify that. Capturing a Console Log and filing a Help Center Request would be a good avenue to take.
