Mysterious Notes - WON'T GO AWAY... ugh

For some reason, I have no idea why, one of my games has started to clog my journal with Mysterious Note handouts. Almost 100 of them. Every time I try to delete them or archive them, then load the game in a fresh browser (Edge and Chrome), they come right back. I don't have any egregious extensions nor API scripts running. This was all working a couple of months ago without the Mysterious Notes showing up. Now they won't go away.  I've seen on other similar threads that the devs have had to intervene and clean up the duplicate/replicated entries. I'd really appreciate some help getting this fixed please.

Have you tried uninstalling any browser plugins that affects Roll20, and see it it stops duplicating? bc this problem sounds like something I might have heard happen in that context before... Alternatively, you might have an API that keeps creating them.

Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  ( Don't forget the complete Console Log! ) Thank you!

What happens if you copy the game? Do new notes also appear in the copy?

Thanks all - I did submit a help desk request over the weekend. Using a valid browser (Google Chrome as well as Chrome-based Microsoft Edge), doesn't seem to matter which. Extensions on or off do not seem to make any difference. Clearing caches didn't help. It's like there may be corrupted data within the journal feature configuration or something (guessing) that multiplies the Mysterious Notes objects/records on load (?). As a developer/programmer, I'm just taking educated guesses. I did see one support thread where the devs had to go in and clean out the bad data. Let's see what the devs say. Appreciate the input! I'll post whatever the resolution is once we have one.

Usually I have seen multiplying Mysterious Notes need to be solved by Dev action.

still waiting for a resolution... they said the devs were looking into it about two weeks ago.
