Can't see or hear my players.

Every time they connect I keep getting "the stream was unable to connect due to a network error make sure your connection isn't blocked by a firewall" and I've checked my popup blocker and found nothing. I'm not 100% sure how to navigate my firewall but I have it set to notify me if something new can be blocked etc. I've googled relentlessly and found nothing, please help, it's driving me nuts lol
Are you using the built in WebRTC video/voice chat function in Roll20?
See if the new update today helped.

Well the Update sadly didn't really do anything for my issue Riley, got my hopes up :(. Sarah I assume that's the default options? If so then yes. But I've still been getting the same message when they try to start their camera and mine won't even play with the idea of loading, I set the options and it still gives me that default picture where the video is usually displayed.
What browser are you using?
Firefox
Do you have the same issue in Chrome, by any chance?
Actually on Chrome the campaign page doesn't load for me at all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling more than once but it seems to always have the same issues.

When someone joins, is firefox prompting you for access to resources? In the URL bar, on the left, there is a button there when firefox is using video. Click the button to get the prompt if it is not showing... I hope this the issue you are facing. Yes, I am using a kinect. =p
I get the prompt for it and until I select it I get the black box where the image for the camera would be, but once I click the share selected device option, I go back to the default picture.
You said you've "checked your popup blocker and found nothing," but have you disabled your plugins entirely? Just to rule that out...
I've been having a similar issue though its in Chrome for me and one of my players. We can hear other people but they cannot hear us at all. I'm on a Mac using Mountain Lion and she is on Windows 7. We tried in Firefox but that does not work at all. Issue started on the 10th for us and is still happening, only thing that is noticeable is that we our icons show up as a black box with a spinning grey circle but we are only ones who see it.
Wylie C., did either of you get this dialogue box at the top of your screen in Chrome prompting you to allow the use of your microphone camera?: https://wiki.roll20.net/WebRTC_Video_Chat
Similar problem, am in a game now where I get no sound at all. Both on Firefox and on Chrome.
Agnes, same question to you: did you get this dialogue box at the top of your screen in Chrome prompting you to allow the use of your microphone camera?: https://wiki.roll20.net/WebRTC_Video_Chat
I have no mic or camera at this computer, so no. I only want to hear people, still need to type. For my tablet, I get it every now and then and usually deactivate video. Now I just get the "stream was unable to connect."
has anyone been able to figure this issue out? I was trying to start a session and at first I was getting the "stream unable to connect" message and then at one point for about 30 seconds it connected and then it was out again. using google chorme.

Our group has started to encounter this exact same issue for the first time. We have never had this problem previously.
My group just encountered the same problem, everyone is using chrome with webRTC and set to both transmit and receive voice only. This is what I get each time my players try to connect and their connections to each other work sometimes but not others. If there is any other info I can provide that will help I can get it.
Are you all using the "voice only" option when you have these issues?

I know I do, and while I am not 100% sure I believe my party does the same. EDIT: Spelling, posted to close to waking up.
Our group is having this problem now, too. We all are receiving sound, none of us have video on, and we're all using Chrome. Two of us have sending sound off and one of us is sending sound just fine, but the GM couldn't transmit, and was getting "stream unable to connect" after 30 seconds - a minute instead of his icon. Now Chrome is just crashing on him every single time.

I'm having a similar issue in my campaign. I'm the only one using voice, but for the past two weeks my players haven't been able to hear me, although the recording icon is present on my Chrome (Windows 7) tab for roll20. They tell me that they are seeing a "stream unable to connect" message on my icon. So, I've had to settle on typing to run my game (Can't use Skype or something do to issues for one of my players).
