Monster In the Compedium, but not in the Journal.

Hello, My problem is when i put some monster, sometime it will give me the monster sheet to control it, But sometime, its just put the token on the map. I try to look about that in find nothing. I have the DM start Bundle with the PHB, 3 aventure map and the monster manual.  So, do i have to creat a sheet for that same token or is exist a other solution?

There are a number of things that could be going wrong here. Here's a checklist 1. Make sure when you drag a monster in from the compendium, you are dragging it by its name in the compendium tab. Do not try to drag it in from the open character sheet. token image. That will only put an unlinked graphic on the table. 2. Make sure you do not already have a monster of the same name already in your game. It won't hurt anything if you do, but if you have a goblin in your game that is altered (or broken) in some way, a compendium drag will only place a copy of your resident monster on the table (this is to prevent you accidentally overwriting any homebrew changes. 3. Make sure you are not running any browser extensions that might interfere with the normal functions of Roll20.
