For a long-lived campaign where some players drop off temporarily or permanently, all players who ever joined the game remain on the pulldown list used in Edit Token / Controlled By. (Player list could be used elsewhere too, but I haven't seen it).
Need to have some way for the GM to manage the player list, or at least to narrow it.
