Hello! My name is Freya, she/her pronouns, and I'm looking to join a free D&D 5e game as a player. I have been playing on and off for about 2 years and have been DMing my own game since October 2020. I am currently a player in one campaign as well as a DM for my own, and I'd like to join one more game. My time zone is CST and I am available M-Th evenings, but prefer not to play later than 10pm Central. I have a few character ideas that I would love to use. Here is some basic info about them. If you're looking for a player and like one or more of my characters, please DM me info about yourself and your campaign and any questions you may have for me. I'll respond as quickly as I'm able. Character concepts: Zinyra Dahren: High Elf fighter, Folk Hero Background, Chaotic Good. Zinyra became a folk hero after leaving her past behind, wandering the world making coin as a hunter, selling her spare kills in the various towns she passes through. One day, on a hunt, she saved a group of children and became the hero of the town. From that day on, she decided she wanted to be more than just a hunter. She now searches for adventure and the chance to do good in the world. But a tragedy from her past still haunts her. Will she be able to accomplish her goals, or will her past catch up with her? Valron Illistyn: half tiefling/ half drow rogue, Folk Hero Background, Chaotic good. Valron was raised by his mother in the tougher part of a big city. He was bullied and cast out for his strange and, to some, scary looks. Through a series of events, he learned to stand up not only for himself, but other innocents that were being harmed by nasty folks. Eventually, he earned a reputation within his home city as something of a hero. Valron wants to be a force for good in the world after seeing too much bad. Raenna Arren: wood elf druid, Outlander background, chaotic good. Raenna grew up in a small clan within a large forest. She never learned social graces, since she much preferred her own company or the company of animals to the company of her elven kin. Not because she disliked other people, but simply because she never knew what to say or do. Though her childhood was lovely, Raenna always wanted to explore the world beyond her forest, and eventually set out to explore the world and, perhaps, do some good along the way.
