What campaign style do you have in mind? Will it be your own creation or a modification of a published one, and what is the setting like? Mind, I agree that making sure that the people involved a comfortable and mutually inspirational fit is a first priority. Still, that involves more than we know right now, as well. For instance, "normal" can be quite different from one person to another. To me, being expressly supportive of diversity is very normal (if only because I'm part of the LGBT+ continuum, but also because I feel that skin colour and faith do not change our basic humanity), but I have found that is hardly shared across the board. Could you give us an idea as to the kind of people you feel would make a good fit to the stories you have in mind?
As an older player, I'm just going to say some of the very best players I have gamed with have been young people.  If you want a high quality game, I'd recommend you interview applicants before making your selections.  Arbitrary age requirements aren't going to do much for you.

Please put more info in your titles, such as [D&D 5e] or [5e] and things like [LFP] or [LFG].  It helps people like me sort through the forum without having to click through dozens of listings.  Not to mention that I believe restricting your listing by age, ethnicity, or gender is against ToS (with the sole exception of 18+).
