Alien RPG -- Using the Initiative Tracker Deck

Hi! I've played d&d 5e on roll20 but i'm attempting to GM for the first time with the Alien (Chariot Of The Gods) cinematic scenario. I can NOT for the life of me figure out how to use the initiative deck. Everytime i play around with it... everyone ends up with the same number and i can't figure out how to give the players ONE card and the xenos two. I also have been unsuccessful in finding a guide for the system. Has anyone run this scenario and figured it out? #HelptheNOOB
I don't know either. I found a youtube video where this guy has a badass Initiative tracker but for the life of me, I don't know how he incorporated it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRVqqNE0dXo

@Michael I don't own the roll20 marketplace product, so I can't really comment on that. You can use cards to track initiative . If you add each characters to the turn tracker(right-click a token and 'Add turn' ), and with a 10 card deck(you can make this yourself...), from the deck displayed, choose "Deal" and "Deal Cards to the Initiative". @jason Looks like they are using the sheet's dice initiative roll in conjunction with the Turn Marker script(pro feature) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRVqqNE0dXo
