Support Says i didnt answer.....

 So after sending a Ticket and reply to the Support Staff Email i got following Replie: " Hello! We haven't heard from you for a few days regarding your request ( #41930 ). If we do not hear from you within the next 3 days, we will assume no further conversation is necessary and your support request will be closed. Rest assured any feedback or issues mentioned have been logged and reported to our development team. If you still need assistance, you can respond at any time to this email and we will get back to you as soon as possible! All the best, Roll20 XP Team" Like what the Hell? I did a FULL Bug Report with everything possible i could do, send the Email in and 4 Days later i become that? Also i cant Log in on the Support Side, it just keep saying "Wrong Passwort" after hiting the "Requestnumber Hyperlink" ...... I know you guys got a lot to do, and Covid19 and Lockdowns all around the World makes living and working hard.... But what is this? I am the one who needs Help and while i do everything Support wants, i get shit on like that seems Fair to me.....

I'll see if I can get some attention on this.
Would be really Appreciatet, since i cant fix my Issuse myself and Forum also doesnt need to know an Answer. I send my Email Reply also again on the same Email adress which send me these "Notification/Email" so i hope it might was just a Technical Issuse by Email Provider or something ^^
