pc low light vision

hi all i have a question: if in the same group i have a pc with low light vision (an elf) and a human without low light vision how can i setup with dynamic light? i can setup a token of a torch with 20 ft light and 20ft with low light but i have also the human and the elf that can see light in same way, how can i setup low light of the elf? thanks Neva
