ABOUT: In the Chill Lands, anything is possible if you can withstand the cold pinch of the climate. This is a place where Magic is outlawed and hard to maintain your magic secret, if so. The land is controlled by a emperor that is at war with an outside faction. You character will either be with that emperor or against him. This is about survival, this is about climate, this is about possible revenge. CHARACTER CREATION: Anything you can find in the core or player's hand book.
