[LFP] Ars Magica on Europe Weeknights

We try to pull off another voice saga of Ars Magica.  Probably Thursday (possibly negotiable), definitely 7.30-10.30pm GMT.  The setting as planned is starting in Lübeck (Rhine Tribunal), and will establish a chapter house in Scandinavia early in the saga. We try to play troupe style, depending on pro-active players playing pro-active characters.  Player driven stories are encouraged. We have one, maybe two seats, open, preferably for a player/co-SG, but a player-only may be considered too. Please contact me if you are interested or have any questions.

Hi George Well, I am definitely interested.  Over the years I have been involved in a few campaigns; a 3e game that ran for almost a year (that's gotta be a record!) I tried twice to get a 5e game going; the first was on the Normandy coast and the latest was a spring covenant in Stonehenge, at the head of Wastwater (they were living in tents), but my group just didn't have the commitment. Because of work and family, I don't have much flexibility around play times, but 7.30-10.30 GMT is perfect for me, GMT is my timezone. I can do Thursdays, but Mon/Tue would be better. Happy to run some stories too... eventually. But I am a bit burned out right now from trying to hold a table group together for the past year, so I just want to play for a while first. I read a few of your previous posts, trying to get this running. It looks like you had a group ready a year ago, what happened there? Have you PM'd any of the people who were interested then?

We play 5ed which has been around for 15-20 years.  I have only met one person talking warmly of reverting to 4ed ... But, sorry, we are full for now. If you are looking for Ars Magica, I would recommend the Discord server.  There are a couple of groups forming, even though alpha storyguides are scarce.
