Merge Esper Genesis Compendium into D&D 5e compendium

As Esper Genesis is derived from D&D 5e, it should be possible to easily mix content between the two. However, placing Esper Genesis in its own separate Compendium makes this difficult if not impossible. And it is especially unusual as the D&D 5e Compendium does include third party content from other publishers.
