PC always rolling advantage on skill checks/saving throws

Hi all, Just finished a session this evening and for some reason, one of my PCs was rolling with advantage every time she rolled for a skill check or a saving throw. We're using the D&D 5E by Roll20 character sheet, and these rolls are being rolled directly from her sheet. I've tried toggling advantage on/off, and also tried setting the sheet to never roll advantage, but nothing seems to work. What am I missing? Thanks, W
They might be using a 3rd party app like beyond20 to make their rolls from their DnDBeyond character sheet.  Its what my group does, and the setting on the app would override the one in the roll20 character sheet as it doesn't check the settings on roll20 before posting to the chat.

That's a setting in the Roll20 Sheet.  Edit the sheet, go to bottom and set rolling to always roll advantage (which I use because it speeds things up, simply ignore the second roll if not an advantage situation) or set it to what you want.  Your player should also note that there are 3 buttons at top of OGL.  Normal, disavantage, advantage.  This can be set to roll for whatever is needed.  Most likely your player had advantage button clicked.
I think I've sorted it! It must have been some sort of glitch, because it didn't matter which setting it was on, even when I switched to "never roll advantage" it was still rolling it! I turned on advantage query, which forced it to roll without advantage. And have how turned the toggle back on again and now seems to work!

Maybe they had something custom in the @{rtype} field and what you did reverted it?
