Hey all, Looking to start up another campaign for 4-5 players. We will most likely be playing on a bi-weekly basis, Fridays at 6:30pm CST would be my ideal time, though we can also play saturdays if that is preferred by the majority. Will be doing a homebrew style campaign but we will be hopping between multiple worlds, there will elements from most published setting and materials incorporated in to the game so most things will not be off-limits to the players. Some experience is best, but new players are more than welcome. The game will lean a bit more into the RP side of things in the sense that there won't be a ton of random encounters and senseless combat when it's not necessary. That is to say however, that there will indeed be combat though. Players will begin at level 3, I prefer that people create their characters using DND Beyond so that their are no errors on their sheet, and characters will need to be transferred that way into the Roll20 sheets. Just to keep everything accurate. Backstories are highly encouraged to be interesting, and I am open to incorporating many different elements in to the game, but there will be a few guidelines to assist with that. Theater of the mind will be used for a lot of the more open-world or exploration sections of the game, though when it is appropriate Battle Maps will of course be used, so be sure to bring your attention span and imaginations. Discord servers will of course be used for communication while we play as well as for other game related announcements and discussions.
