Map Greyed Out and Players Can't See Tokens

Hi, I've been using roll20 for several years, I've both made my own games, and played though purchased ones. This is my first time not being able to fix my own issues, by reading through these support articles, or watching tutorials. I've made my maps and tokens, and used fog of war to hide certain parts, but my players only see a grey-scale version of my map, the parts that are revealed to them anyways, and they can't see their tokens at all. Please help!!

Following your post because we are having the same issue. Our GM can see the map, but we only see a greyed out screen with a grid. No details. This actually happened in the middle of our session last week and our GM assumed it was fixed because he can see the map, however no players can.

These reports sound similar to the report being give in  this thread . I would suggest filing a  Help Center Request .
