character mancer hangs - 3 times on 3 different new character sheets

Can anyone jump into the game and help? please! I am the DM.  This: character mancer hangs - 3 times on 3 different new character sheets ... keeps happening. Whenever I get a rogue assassin ranger to level 5 for a build, then charactermancer hangs on the "apply button" every time. I am using saltmarsh as is in it's own instance. I have a game to run in 4 hours and need this character. This is beyond untenable. Can anyone jump into the game and help? please! 

in this case, the issue seemed to be the favored enemy type of human varient was not found in the Roll20 backend software or database and caused the hang. Tis seems to have fixed the symptom of a software bug, by changing the selection to orc. But this is a bug in the system. The error handling seems to be defective, which would be a very bad problem in the software design. (30 years of designing software providing free advice. Feel free to ignore the free advice.)
