Hey folks. Home brew campaign in typical high fantasy. Chapter 1 is a lvl 1-4/5 adventure in a western frontier/mountain wilderness region. The plan is to open the campaign up to more sand-box style after that. Here's a quick blurb about the campaign setting: On the continent of Onduin, its 4 major kingdoms have only recently consolidated power within their own borders and made contact with each other. Each kingdom struggles to maintain its power at home and eyes the others with suspicion. Meanwhile, a frontier has opened in the distant northwest. An uninhabited valley became home to settlers who braved the lengthy and treacherous journeys from their homelands. These settlers have been eking out an existence against the elements but a recent rash of unusual animal attacks is threatening their precarious foothold. In the Town Hall of the farthest settlement, Laston, troubled townsfolk have gathered to decide what they can do about it. We're looking for mature folks who are good sports, like RP and interesting combat, and have some humor. Game will be bi-weekly. Session 0 - 1/31, session 1 - 2/14. If you're interested reply here with the following: 1) Your name and age 2) What you like about DND (brief) 3) Your favorite character that you've played so far. 4) Your favorite food and why it is ramen.
just call me Colby/Tanky/or my characters name I guess  Age 16  I like having some creative freedom when creating characters and the choices they make I've played a Orc barbarian that spared the monstrous races he fought and gave them a 2nd chance working for him at his cave base. My favorite food is a Caesar salad with bacon bits, spinach and those bread things  I don't care much about the ice berg lettuce i honestly switch it for something more healthy.

1) Hello I'm Braden and I'm 48. 2) I love DnD for the possibility of immersive high fantasy story lines. I like the sense of community and friendship a good game can bring. I also like Critical Role, but don't think that I have come anywhere near that level of play, but that is the dream.  3) I have recently liked playing a Gnome wizard Nestix Bazilpod. Confident nearly to the point of careless, he relies on his larger companions to prevent and clean up messes. Nestix has a love for glamping and magic and cheerful meals.    4) I like a medium rare steak RAMEN. The aroma and tenderness of the steak  RAMEN if a thing to saver.  P.s. I would love to hear about your normal session length and your group size. I would love to meet you all to see if we are a good match as a social group. :)
I am Jake, I am 28 almost 29. I like the idea of DnD but I have only played once, I've watched it a lot. I figured I would try and get into it. If you are worried about me being new to the game, I am a fast learner. As far as my favorite food: I am currently obsessed with the pretzel chicken pub sandwich from wendy's.

Hey names Richard  or call me Kru or Krusaderp . I am also 27 years old btw. I enjoy D&D for a wholesome and real fact: ESCAPISM  because REALITY   SSSSSSSSSSUUUUUUUCCCCCCKKKKKKKSSSSSS !!! My favorite character I ever made and is used in my home group as a traveling NPC is my Gnome Bard , he is flamboyantly gay in his actions and mannerisms, but is fairly normal looking on the outside... besides the blonde flowy hair and bright outfits and the silver flute he plays while on the back of his LLAMA mount. I mean if the name Richard Lovegood  doesn't send some warnings then your fault I guess. He is on this quest to find the Lost City of El Dildorodo  and to retrieve the fabled Golden Dildo . It was at first a joke character... but it became its own thing, that now spans multiple campaigns and made me realize stuff about myself that I didn't realize before hand. Although RAMEN  is good, I enjoy some of my homemade PASTA SALAD   or some CHICKEN   FETUCCINI ALFREDO . Wait!!  FRIED BRUSSEL SPROUTS w/ BACON and MELTED CHEESE  is good too!!! Now I'm hungry... gee thanks.
1) Your name and age: Roger, 35 years old 2) What you like about DND (brief): Roleplaying and comping up with creative solutions to problems 3) Your favorite character that you've played so far: Taimi the artificer. She was an experiment for me as a player, The granddaughter and daughter of 2 of my previous characters so I knew her upbringing well making roleplaying interesting. In fact her brother was another PC. Our parents were our previous characters.  (No mechanical benefits of course). She was a child prodigy who made machines in place of casing spells (so refluffed faerie fire as bioluminescent moss bombs and homemade salves for cure wounds). She was also deaf, depending on the observant feat to read lips and the level 1 artifer ability to making written commutation images/tablets. She created her steel defender in the image of their lost father, a fierce warrior to help defend her brother.  4) Your favorite food and why it is ramen. Because instant Ramen was created to solve hunger for the poor by Momofuku, but is can also show cases a wide variety of flavours and ingredients across Japan. (I love cooking a lot and even had a chef character, my paladin of gluttony that wielded a wok and chef knife. Healed by feeding people cookies or chocolate cakes via Lay on hands)
Hi folks, Thanks for replying. I'll contact people soon. Br8den asked a couple good questions: Normal session length: 3-4 hours (closer to 3/3.5) Group size: 4 +/- 1
1) Your name and age: Seth, 30 2) What you like about DND (brief): I love the stories and role playing. The group story building part of RPGs is my favorite. 3) Your favorite character that you've played so far: Gar the overly-optimistic Goliath barbarian. The group needs to get past a trap. No problem. Gar can just walk through the spinning blades of death. A monster is impervious to Gar's axe. No problem. Everything needs love. Gar will just hug the monster. The wizard can't solve a puzzle involving candles. No problem. Gar loves food; he can just eat the candle. Unfortunately, that was the last candle Gar ever ate. 4) Your favorite food and why it is ramen: There is no ingredient that will make ramen taste as bad as a candle.
1) Your name and age: John,25 2) What you like about DND (brief): The thing I love about DnD is being able to spend time and create memories and making friends in our own universe 3) Your favorite character that you've played so far. Bartholomew Hubard was a knowledge cleric that was a follower of Apollo. He became an apostle and spent his time running around the world recruiting more followers,(Think Civ 5 going for religious victory). The ending of the game was the party and I fighting against the gods.  4) Your favorite food and why it is ramen. As someone who has worked with food his whole life, I can appreciate what Momofuku did to help the world with the food shortage for longer than he thought seeing as how so many poor college students live off of it. Honestly, I love variety and as long as you treat your ingredients right and use proper cooking techniques you can make anything delicious. So in summation, I love all food :). My contact info: AboveTheZero#7248 (DISCORD) I hope to hear from ya :):)
