Turn off Whisper Rolls

I have several hundred NPC tokens and all their rolls are set to whisper. I would like to make them viewable by all players without having to changing every single one manually.&nbsp; I have tried the solution posted in this post;&nbsp; <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8453203/turn-off-whisper-rolls-to-gm" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8453203/turn-off-whisper-rolls-to-gm</a> But the only option I see when I hit "apply default settings" is "always whisper rolls to GM"

I would also like to turn off the ability for the players to see name plates on tokens from my module&nbsp;
