It becomes Ridicolous....

So after i First Complained, i got an Answer to which i Replied with 2 Mails, 1 of which i got told he "cant see"(what ever that means) so i send the exact same Mail a THIRD Time.... Again Days gone by and now i become again this Message: ##- Please type your reply above this line -## Hello! We haven't heard from you for a few days regarding your request ( #41930 ). If we do not hear from you within the next 3 days, we will assume no further conversation is necessary and your support request will be closed. Rest assured any feedback or issues mentioned have been logged and reported to our development team. If you still need assistance, you can respond at any time to this email and we will get back to you as soon as possible! All the best, Roll20 XP Team I dont know what kind of Shit Email Service or what so ever you guys use.... But that is beyoned anything which is appropriate or even acceptable.....  Nearl 1 Month ONE WHOLE MONTH and nothing, absolutly NOTHING is DOne about my Problem.... I Just keep repeating myself over and over and over again and every 2 Weeks i can make a new "Complaint/Bug/Technical Issuse" Report....
Hi there!  Sorry for the difficulties in reaching us, we're experiencing issues with our help desk service provider. We've reached out to them and are working to resolve it! In the meantime, I've brought this ticket back up to the team member who was handling it. You should hear from them soon! (: 
So i am Still Waiting? My Emails seem to be ignored now? Dont even get the "Are your Problem Solved" - Mail just plain up 0 Response what so ever.....
