Edit; thank you everyone for all of the offers! I'm definitely thinking them over and appreciate the interest from everyone who has responded. :) Hello! I'm interested in joining a new campaign, as you may or may not have gathered. I'm a relatively new player with just under 2 years of play experience, but years longer of dreaming about playing. Didn't have a lot of friends in highschool. I've only ever played D&D 5e, but would be more than open to learning other editions and systems. I've been DMing my own homebrew campaign and playing in an adjacent campaign with the same group of people for about a year and a half. I've only ever played homebrew games, and would love to experience any of the prewritten modules, or something else entirely homebrew with some totally new people. Variety is the spice of life, afterall, no? If you're curious about me, my name is Mal, I'm a young 20 something lgbt+ woman with a passion for art and writing. When I'm not working, I'm usually making more work for myself by starting a new project. I have a lot of passion for story telling and evolving narrative. I like to think I have a good sense of humor, and don't take myself too seriously (at least not as seriously as I take d&d). I'm not afraid to make a fool of myself to make a moment in game more interesting. I tend to thrive in a very role play heavy campaign, but enjoy a good mix of combat and role play. I'm available Monday nights, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. I'm open to playing any class, and working with DMs to create characters to fit a setting. I'm not particularly interested in text based games, but otherwise I'm flexible. Ideally I would love to join a free group, but again, I'm flexible. So if you have a campaign that needs another player, I'd love to hear from you. :]
