I can't find it. I'm using DnD 5e edition character sheet.

What game system are you playing?  What character sheet are you using?  Not all sheets support the charactermancer even if they are for a game system that has one on Roll20.

Ok, I just edited the question, but luckily I got another answer. But the answer raises a new question, where is the chat tab?

I'm currently trying to make a character for this upcoming campaign that starts in two days, but I could never find out how. Thank you so much! EDIT: This is for player characters, right?

Many sheets have an option on them for NPC/Monsters for GM's to use.  As a player, you can simply ignore that section of the sheet.

You can create your own game within which to make a character, and then use the Character Vault to move it into a game to which you have been invited. If you have been invited into a game first (usually the more likely case), the GM will probably need to create and assign a blank sheet to you, which you can use to build a character. Assuming your game uses the D&D 5th Edition by Roll20 Sheet, you can use the charactermancer to do your building.
