Hiya, My name is Simon, I’m 53, played D&D 40-odd years ago and got back into 5e ~3 years ago, ran my first campaign for two years and second has been running for half a year or so with various one-shots with my current group. I would call myself semi-experienced, so do rely on players to help with rules occasionally! Location is UK (GMT), currently on sabbatical and lockdown so Friday evening good e.g. 19:30 onwards... (But occasional one-shots in between if people like me get the D&D craving ;-) Have just purchased Tomb of Annihilation which I have grafted onto my current campaign, so a fair amount of heavy lifting on that adventure already prepared... I use Roll20, DnDBeyond and Discord (audio) to run the games. Note that I have a Pro DnDBeyond Master Subscription and most core books so you can add a basic character to one of my campaigns and use my content sharing to access more interesting options. I run a general mix of role play (as best I can), combat, puzzles, I like deep lore (so take notes!), but will obviously shift to the groups’ preference . I *love* making handouts and maps (see coryphon.com for an example map), and I do a LOT of work making Roll20 look good, tokens, maps, textures etc. Also do a lot of ambient music and FX... Way forward would be to do a session zero with each player, confirm logins and connectivity all works, player is happy with character, player is happy with me!, establish backstory within the world etc. Content can be mature and a ll the usual common sense applies regarding everyone welcome, no -isms, acceptable behaviour, politeness, patience and so on to ensure everyone has fun. If that sounds good, hit me up on Discord brookesi#8920 Cheers, Si
