I can't roll anything in my game anymore

Hi there, I was setting up a new campaign for DND 5e and everything was working as expected. I figured it'd be nice to have some macros to help out, and decided to get my hands dirty. I created some failed macros and this has, somehow, led to my chat being flooded with really weird messages every time I make a roll, no matter what kind. And it's not just rolls, it's also chat messages. I've spent a ton of time setting up this campaign, and I don't know what to do, see screenshot: Would anyone be able to help me out? It seems I've accidentally done something extremely wrong. It's not my browser, as my other game sessions work just fine. I've also already cleared my cache and cookies, and removed the macros that were failing.

the chat archive might be corrupted. Go to the Game Details page, and from the Settings drop-down, select "delete chat archive" might solve the problem. Do save a copy of the chat archive before, if you wanna be able to check things from it later.
Similar (maybe) issues in a game we have been in for nearly 2 hours - odd rolls throughout have just ended midway through - maybe 10% of rolls...

Any way I can prevent this from happening in the future?

Any way I can prevent this from happening in the future? I save my game chat log after every game, and then delete the chat archive. It does mean players can't see what happened on previous sessions, but at least it prevents running into this sort of problem.
