Releasing a Module from a Free Resource?

I've been busy translating the DnD 4e adventure "[H1] Keep on the Shadowfell" into Roll20. This is available for free via Wizards and I have been using free resources to construct the campaign art as well. Is it possible to release this as a free module? I don't know how different creating a module is from a campaign, but would love to see this work help groups get into DnD. Cheers!
