Updated dynamic lighting / light multiplier

'm having trouble with setting up a light multiplier in updated dynamic lighting.I have two characters with torches (20 ft bright light, 20 ft dim), which is fine. Khaleeb, a human, sees everything fine when I click ctrl-l. However, Pidgit, with low light vision, is not getting the doubled visual field. Pidgit is set with  Has vision=on emits bright light=20ft emits dim light =20ft light multiplier =200% Any help is appreciated!
Don't use Ctrl-L to check everything is correct with lighting and vision. It doesn't work like with the legacy dynamic lighting. Instead log in with a dummy player account and see what the player can see.
Thanks for the heads up. However, the problem isn't just with my view. I had my players check today and indeed the problem is with the light that is being generated. It seems that having one character set at 200% light multiplier multiplies everyone's light output.  Farling said: Don't use Ctrl-L to check everything is correct with lighting and vision. I am noticing the same problem as darius. One token set with a light multiplier forces all tokens with vision to accept that multiplier.
I have reached out to customer support but have had very little response from them about this. Still having the same problem. Would love to have some resolution about this.
I've just spent an hour trying resolve this same issue before coming across this thread.  This issue really needs to be addressed.
