Getting Support?

Anyone know how to get support from Roll20? I've tried the emails and forum posts over the past year. No one ever responds to emails for assistance, and often the issues I have cannot be solved by fellow DMs/players in the community.  Anyone know how to get help?

Yes - I did for this most recent issue yesterday, and a couple months ago when I had the same problem. No one every responded. I'm not sure who it goes to?

the help center ticket system is the primary and best method to get in contact with Roll20 directly. You might have been unlucky with the one you sent some months ago, but the latest one might not get an immediate response. Did you recive at least the automated reply with the ticket number?
