ESTABLISHED 5e GROUP SEEKS RELIABLE EXPERIENCED DM (free play)

Possible opportunities to be a player sometimes too. Looking for availability Thursday nights starting at 7PST (10EST)—as DM you’d be running probably 4 players. The end goal of all this is for everyone to have fun. Our group met through Roll20 and have become good friends. We are looking for someone fun, respectful, kind, creative, and mature to join us. Gaming and friendship are of equal importance to us. We are very welcoming and accepting of people for who they are.   About us: We call ourselves DICELORE, and we’ve been playing together online for over a year. We do use face cam/voice to play, though being on-camera isn’t a requirement. We recently began livestreaming our sessions on Twitch. We are over 30 sessions into “Descent Into Avernus,” which we play on Mondays, and we are also running less frequent MOUSEGUARD and CALL of CTHULHU campaigns, among other assorted stuff. We do love to RP, and can get sidetracked from main story threads sometimes, much to our enjoyment. We had been playing a homebrewed game in the Thursday time slot, but our GM had to give it up. Now we’re looking for someone to run a Thursday campaign. The setting could be anything you’re excited about running. We’re definitely open to discussing it.   Who we seek: Someone reliable and dedicated to running a long-term campaign and having fun doing it! There’s nothing worse (role playing-wise) than becoming deeply invested in a character, the party, and the setting only to have the campaign suddenly end and have all those elements disappear forever.   Please answer a few questions for us so that we can get a sense of how we’d fit (There are no wrong answers. Just tell it like it is!)... Your name Your age Geographic region (we’re scattered across 5 time zones in the US & Canada) What’s your favorite campaign of those you’ve run? What was the best thing about it? What’s the biggest struggle you see yourself having with running a long-term weekly campaign (please be honest!)? What sort of game do you enjoy running—RP or mechanics heavy?   Are you interested in playing sometimes too, or are you strictly looking to DM? Anything else you’d like to tell us? Feel free to message me with any questions. Thanks for your interest! We’ll be in touch soon!
Your Name: Justin (Vhaalen) Your Age: 39 Geographic Region: The sunshine state (Florida) CST or GMT -6 What's your favorite campaign you've run: A two-year-long campaign that started with Lost Mines of Phandelver near the release of 5E. It was the perfect convergence of a new and fun edition of D&D, good friends that hadn't played D&D in quite a while, and an excellent starter adventure.  What's the biggest struggle you see yourself having with running a long-term weekly campaign: Honestly none. I have a very open schedule for the foreseeable future, and this is the exact thing I'm looking for in a game. It's been a struggle finding dedicated players more than anything.  What sort of campaign do you enjoy running: I like a mix of 40-30-30 roleplaying combat and exploration.  Are you interested in playing sometimes as well: I'm down to play if needed otherwise I prefer dming. Anything else: I would prefer to run an OSR style game using Old School Essentials, but I'm also open to 5E if that would be a better fit.
