4e DMs.. What do your status indicators represent?

Not sure if this should go here or in another forum but oh well I have recently started running a campaign, and I am looking at the status indicators going "what the hell do people use to represent everything?" So I guess the best way to figure it out is to ask. :) My fellow 4e DMs What do your status indicators represent?

Well, I wrote a script for marking tokens which contains logic for each of the normal conditions in 4e. The script doesn't have cases for special conditions such as "Visions of Ruin" which is only applied by the Visions of Ruin Wizard spell, nor does it specifically take into account temporary buffs and debuffs like +1 attack or -2 AC, but it does let the user specify a statusmarker by name rather than by 4e condition.
thanks guys those are awesome!
Also if you hover over one of them and hit a number ie "5" it will put a little 5 on it, this is really useful for ongoing damage and other such things.
