Hi all. As per the title, I'm looking to join another tabletop game, and I'm open to just about any system. I've been playing Pathfinder for many years, and recently started playing Pathfinder 2e. While I love the system, I'm willing to try any system, though I have a high preference for systems with depth and freedom, and those that lend themselves well to fantasy settings. I learn and adapt quickly, so I'm sure I can pick up any system relatively easily. Mainly, I want to play in a campaign where player characters have agency in regards to the story (and where player backstories may very well come up as very prominent points in sessions). I like getting engaged with the world I play in. For me, that's based on all the player characters feeling important. If it seems the story would be the same regardless of my character or how I played them, then I very quickly lose immersion. Like, maybe the AP says we have to help this NPC, but if all the players would rather side with the other guy then we should be able to, that kinda thing. I have no preference if the world/setting is homebrew or not. I love roleplaying, I love really getting into character, and I really love interacting with other players' characters. I want to learn their backstory, and then I want it to come up so I can help them address it however they like, and vice versa. I'd prefer a free game, but could possibly be open to paid. I am definitely open to games with mature content. Preferred, honestly, as it opens a lot more roleplay potential with more themes and realism to be used. My time availability is pretty open except for saturdays, sundays, and from 11pm to about 4am EST during the week. Preference form something on any day mon-thurs. And a preference for a weekly schedule. Like I said though, I'm pretty open.
