Dear potential player, I am running a set of Dungeons & Dragons connected adventures, starting with 1 st edition and hopefully going all the way to 5 th edition. Due to scheduling issues it's been hard to get this off the ground. We've only had a handful of sessions. I am down to a core group of 3 players. All of my players are brand new to D&D and very enthusiastic to continue the campaign. I started role-playing at a young age but didn't really get into running games until 2014. Up until now I've only ran small adventures and one-shots. It's been my dream to learn the rules of every D&D system and run them according to their strengths. It's a big undertaking but I am taking it one step at a time and keeping my plans flexible. Please keep in mind this is my first serious campaign and I'm very nervous about it. I know I will make my share of mistakes and all I ask for is to be patient with me and engaged in the game. As for what kind of players I'm looking for... I'd like for all my players to be on the same level playing field. So if you're brand new to the role-playing thing, that's great! I think starting with 1 st edition can be a very difficult transition for players that cut their teeth on later editions. So coming in with as few assumptions as possible is great! The game is strictly PG-13 but I would prefer some decent level of maturity. And of course it goes without saying that I expect players to be respectful to each other and to me the DM. We don't use the video or voice features of R20. We use voice chat in Discord. So being able to talk in voice chat in Discord is a must. The game is on Sundays 4 PM ~ 7 PM ET (Eastern Time).
