I have read through the roll20 terms of use and privacy policies, and I had a couple of questions: On roll20, are you only permitted to use adventures that you buy from the marketplace or that you created? I was hoping to run some classic D&D adventures, but I don't want to break any rules. When you use stuff in the virtual tabletop, are others users able to view it? (Besides those playing in you game) You can use any adventure you want to use either through purchase or uploaded or just left on the paper to reference it while playing. They just don't want people to share the pdf's on their sites in an attempt to keep roll20 out of any piracy implications. If it is in your campaign room aka launch game then it is only viewable to those that play in it unless you stream or record it. There are people that stream their games live and others that record and post them on youtube. Again roll20 is more concerned about file sharing on the site than people watching games being played. Don't worry about running classic modules, just have fun and enjoy. They rather no one post links to files or sites that host the files (at least that is how I understand it).
