issue with characters name display in tchat window (shadowrun Anarchy)

hello there i have a little problem, everythings worked fine till the name of  characters making a roll disappeared from the chat windows (only the players name remain), i'm curently creating a shadowrun Anarchy game and this is pretty unconvenient, i'm quite new to roll 20 but as the characters name display properly with macros i guess it come from some weird chat issue. any idea to help please? i already cleared the chat cache, changed browser, created a new game to see if it was the same (and it was) i looked for something i could have done in the settings but nothing seems to bring those names back  -_-  thanks for your time  greetings from france Tindalos

How the chat output work is tied to each individual sheet, so this sounds like and issue with the community-created SR Anarchy sheet, and not Roll20 itself. Did you check if you changed some setting for the sheet before this happened, or have you seen the char name in the chat output only with other char sheet templates than SR Anarcy?

 i've been working on my next game of anarchy for hours and it worked just fine, i didn't changed anything in the sheet but suddenly the char names were not showing anymore... it's not working either with new games of anarchy so i guess there's something wrong with my browser... i use chrome but not working either on mozilla
