Problem with Card Deck Editor on Roll20

Ok i play Savage Worlds, and it uses a decks of cards and circular tokens called Bennies. my problem is when i create the deck for bennies the bennies are square not circular, Went over to a friends Campaign and his bennies were perfectly round, i have 2 images one a jpeg, and one a png This is the image, my question is how do i get my Bennies to be ROUND , and not have 4 sides , my friends using a jpeg, and his image looks like a poker chip on his tabletop HELP im going nuts here

Most of the graphic formats are rectangular, a square is a rectangle, if you use a Gif, you can make a round image with a transparent background. The image is square, but as you can see through the background it would appear like a poker chip/coin or whatever. I is the principle behind almost all tokens.

PNG is probably a better choice. Your image has gradients and realism. GIF only supports 256 colors transparency. PNG supports "all the colors" and alpha blending as well as transparency. That would let you give your poker chips a transparent drop shadow to make them look like physical chips sitting on the board. GIFs are better for cartoony images.

Im looking to do a bennie with the Hellfrost logo on it, i have a bennie but its small and a Gif i think.. , would like to gind a bigger version PNG like the one you found

Yeah, the logo shows up better at higher resolutions.

That big one can be scaled down in the card editor right..?

Came to the conclusion that the issue was sharing the files through Facebook. Somehow, the alpha channel is stripped from the file went sent through Facebook.

How do you change the color and make an alternate symbol on the chip?
