New(ish) DM - Zombie Campaign Modernd20

I have tried running it with my own group offline, but most of them are more experienced than I am, and it makes it harder to surprise them. I would love to try again with new players who don't have any expectations beyond my capability. I would love messages, ideas, or links!

Oh wow! Didn't expect to get a response this quickly! And I could definitely provide you with the material needed... If you have played DnD 3.0 or 3.5 then it will be nothing more than trying a new style of bike.

d20 is basically the same as 3.5 with some minor changes to the massive damage rule and how money is handled. It's not too different, if you know 3.5, you know d20 modern. I am an experienced player and do know d20 modern pretty well. I would love to play a Charisma hero who is the financier of the other players. I don't need to get involved in combat much. Let me know if you think you can work with me on this.

Cool thing to try to really amp up the atmosphere is add in the d20 Call of Cthuhlu insanity rules. Really adds to the peril that is going on for the characters.

For me it was never about killing the players as much as letting them know that there are natural consequences to gaining XP. I have quite a bit of d20 modern experience with insanity rules intertwined, ran a few games myself. Depending on your times, I would love to join.

It looks like there are still one or two slots open for this game... Thus far game time will be around 8pm CST (9pm EST) on Wednesday night, whether it will be weekly, every other week, or such is still to be decided once everyone is in. Shoot me a message if you are interested. I would like to add that this is supposed to be a horror game, so character death IS possible and could be likely. Meaning that if you don't play smartly your toon could perish. But I will offer warnings that your actions could lead to death.
