The place to ask this is on the official feedback thread. D&D 5th Edition by Roll20 . There it should be seen by the developer who monitors the thread. It's been dark from dev response for a month and a half, but my assumption is that this is due to them getting it ready for the new underlying technology that fixes some long-existing bugs. You can also try a Help Center Request , but I'd suggest the feedback thread in this case. It's almost certainly an accident that can be easily restored.
