I might be interested in a oWoD group on Sat, Sun or Mon. Like you, I have plenty of experience, and although I've been mostly ST over the years, I enjoy both sides of the screen. I do tend to lean towards low combat games, both as player and especially as storyteller, no matter the exact flavour of WoD.

I can talk to my other players about possibly doing it on a Monday. Currently we game on Sunday I run a Savage worlds campaign. And gaming two days in a row would probably be a little much. If I can get my other game to switch to Saturday it's a slim possibility. I'll be in touch thank you.

Sounds good!  Might be an idea to get folks together and see what mutual interests and preferences are, and whether people click. Even with the best will in the world, you cannot predict whether everything lines up out of the blue. Do you have a Discord server or something of the kind?
