bars in the way of rotate token stem

I play most games at least a little zoomed in and constantly have to adjust zoom because the rotate token stem is obscured by the bars and bubbles is there anyway to get them to vanish ?  or move the stem to the left or right instead ?

Having the stem always appear on the left or right regardless of token orientation would actually be a pretty great solution to this problem. I don't have any fix suggestions for you though, sorry, I also constantly zoom in or out to reveal it from behind the bars.

I should have googled,  this has been a thing for like 7 years. a workaround is holding the E-key and scrolling the mouse wheel to rotate the selected token. still,  not exactly intuitive lol

You could take a look at using Stylus - there's a fairly long list of modifications to the browser UI, including several on moving the Radial Buttons. For example, I've moved the Radial buttons to the left, shrunk down the menu, removed items, moved my Token Actions to the left side, and modified the Status Marker icons to be at the top of the page:
