I have Finished 2 long-term games on Roll20. One too level 30 (6 years long now) in 5E using epic character book from DMsguild and one to level 20. I have also played as a PC but I enjoy DMing more. I enjoy games with a good mix of both roleplaying and combat Experienced DM I have run several paid games and one-shots on Roll20, I know the interface and am patient with helping teach others. Love bringing new players into the game. In the two long-term groups, I have been running for 6 years aside from holidays I have personally missed 7 sessions. And my year and a half campaign I have missed 2. I'm almost always available on Discord for lore, rules, story ideas, or just to talk dnd. Payment Policy The price is $10 per person per session for 3 hours or longer.  If you do not pay for a long enough time I will ask you to leave the game. Paypal is the only acceptable payment form. No refunds. And as a response to why I run paid games. it helps me keep up with current content, it incentivizes myself and all of the players to try their best and get there and on time. and many other reasons I think it's better to a certain extent. feel free to ask more on why. What to expect from the campaign This is a homebrew world. I plan to bring it to level 20. As I have done this twice before and doing it again currently.  This campaign will be inspired by lots of mythology and world religions as well as my own Epic fantasy ideas. New players are more than welcome. A challenging setting, that will use some variant and homebrew rules. every character will start off with a magic item we make together that will evolve every 5 levels if hidden criteria is met. All but 1 god died, but quickly they disappeared leaving behind only a vestige of their will. The Unbridled Maw.  Leaving behind things known as world shards and World Fragments. (Example: Earth could be in 10 pieces and a portal could lead you to the Rain forest, while another leads you to the arctic) Shards are much larger and rarer than a fragment, often called a Realm by the people that find them. This story takes place on the prime world shard of Sotiria. That is divided into 2 main sections. The wastes on the surface of the world fragment, that is just an arid desert. Raiders, scavengers, gangs, etc all roam about trying to survive the best they can. Killing monsters and rival gangs for superiority. Flying high in the sky with high magic and the church to the Unbridled Maw is Tian. A majestic city, controlled by a female warrior and her 5 generals, along with 5 very important families. That all live on their own section of a flying land. The land is lush and verdant with many magical buildings and food aplenty that is gotten from subjugation and war with the world fragments. There are many stable portals that are controlled by families, that allow for resources to come through, but they are all privately owned, they were given access to the portals by making great sacrifices to the UM. Though it costs a lot of gold/resources to move people to these world fragments. There are 2 world fragments of note that are connected. The most prestigious training school in any world fragment ever discovered, controlled by a 30th step (levels will be referred to in-game as a step, this is also a major status symbol. Though usually kept a secret) Wizard, who is very over the top. And a very dangerous Fragment called the isles of chaos. A place of abundant seawater with many islands that will randomly start teleporting a few times a day to different parts of the fragment. Often leading to people getting lost, the animals that live here are adapted and extremely deadly.   Everyone in Soriria follows the words of the Unbridled Maw, which are simple. Do whatever you please, come to me if you wish to make a sacrifice and gain power, riches, position, control of a world fragment, or altering the flow of time in a fragment. Since some fragments are 10:1 or 1:10 you can make it temporarily 1:1 or .5:1   And the world a renowned leader of all of Tian that stays to themselves mostly. A 29th step warrior, a woman named Crown of the world. Engittha! A human in her mid 50s. 5'9. 900 pounds. Despite this, she is still very quick. She pays incredibly well for rare foods from across the world fragments. She eats and eats and sleeps for 20 hours a day. She believes the only way to reach the 30th step is to eat enough and let the nutrients enter her body.   But…All of this is for later, as You will all start at level 3 in the wastes. In a small western village known as Ogden’s Collapse. Known for getting rain multiple times a day for unknown reasons. Though the rain amount is pitifully small: you have all been gathered to look into this mystery
