Hello I'm in search of a new D&D 5E group as the one I had been playing with for the past several years had to go on extended hiatus due to real life changes. I've been playing 5E since it came out and I've been on Roll20 since a bit before that. My D&D experience in all goes back to AD&D in the early 80's. I've DM'd a bit here and there over the years but I mostly play and I'm currently looking to be a player. I have the most fun when the group I'm playing with really gets along well as people and are capable of good light-hearted fun even amidst some otherwise serious and dramatic play. In the game I enjoy some hack and slash but really love a dynamic, flushed out story line with some character side stories here and there and organic interaction between characters along the way. I have a sweet spot for certain classes/races I enjoy playing but I also enjoy venturing outside that sweet spot and have done so many, many times and I always manage to have a blast doing so. I'm available Fridays after 6pm eastern and all weekend. Monday-Thursday I'd be available after 8pm eastern but there would be the possibility of a random evening during the week (not including Fri.) where I wouldn't be able to make it until 9:15 eastern. Should this occur I would be able to give at least 24 hour notice (it's just a weird work schedule thing). I currently have Discord and Mumble for voice. New campaign or existing is good with me. I don't mind at all jumping in and catching up. It can make for some exciting character interactions. Homebrew or Module, either way as long as we're having fun! :) Looking forward to meeting some awesome new people and having a blast playing this game we all love! Thank you for your consideration.
