How much would you say you get paid per book when you run an AP?  I'm aware that most(all that I know of) charge on a per session basis.

Not a Paid GM, but generally speaking from my experience PF AP books take 9-12 sessions to get through, depending on session length, group discipline, and the specific books being run.
