I guess items are kind of spotty. That sort of thing is pretty easy to copy/paste from somewhere though, like d20pfsrd or AoN. There is a pretty large article on that sheet on the wiki (and Help Center) that details how the sheet works, so you can make pretty much anything work on there some way or another.
